I design and build products end-to-end — AI systems, platforms and apps — and I wrote a book about finding peace beyond the ego. Currently building RealSimulator, a synthetic user-research platform, and Ember, a habits & journal app.

01. About

Srivishnu Dhanwada

I'm a software engineer from India, based in the UK with Indefinite Leave to Remain, currently a Technical Analyst at Coforge — 11+ years across Java, full-stack, Android, C# and Unity, starting at Infosys in 2014. On the side I've published 5 Android apps and games under the name Crazy Creations — together they've crossed 135,000 installs worldwide.

My focus now is solution and product design — taking an idea from concept through UX, architecture and build to something people can actually use. The lab shows it: a synthetic user-research platform, a natural-language-to-SQL engine with schema graphs, an AI compliance gateway for enterprise LLM traffic, a habits & journal app, and a desktop robot pet that thinks with a local LLM.

Along the way I also turned inward — and wrote Breaking Ego's Grip: A Path to Inner Peace, a book about quieting the inner critic that ships with every human brain.

$ cat experience.log

  • Enterprise content management — years on a live Documentum platform: BAU delivery, xCP application development, SAML single sign-on, and an upgrade from Documentum Webtop to Generis CARA hosting millions of documents.
  • SharePoint ↔ Documentum integration — built a custom xCP widget that bulk-pulls documents from SharePoint into Documentum, plus a round-trip flow letting users collaborate in SharePoint and check documents back in.
  • Large-scale migration — automated the metadata migration of 8M+ documents, completed in around 10 hours.
  • Performance engineering — HP Performance Center & LoadRunner scripting and analysis for an enterprise Documentum application.
  • Automation that shipped — IROBO, my in-house tool, ran in a live environment for a pharma client, automating ~7 hours of manual effort every day.
  • Recognition — four engraved awards across Coforge and Infosys: the Award of Excellence (Coforge Day 2025), Order of Merit and Badge of Honour for client delivery, and the Infosys HiFlyer Extra Miler Award (2019) — with a top appraisal rating in every cycle since 2014.

RealSimulator — synthetic idea evaluation portal

RealSimulator

synthetic user research in development

A census-matched panel of 1,703 synthetic personas (812 US / 891 UK, built to ACS/ONS census marginals) that screens, reacts and negotiates over product concepts — then returns a decision-grade report with named quotes, kill-tests and an honest account of its own limits.

  • 9 research instruments on one panel
  • Two-phase interviews — persona's real life first, your concept second
  • Screening surfaces sceptics and resisters by design
  • 72% of findings replicated across independent panels (measured)

measured: 164 python modules · ~23k source lines · 1,703 personas · react portal

Ember

habits · journal · sleep in development

A Flutter app built on one idea: you can't change what you can't see. Habit tracking, private journaling with guided paths, and sleep wind-downs — tied together by an AI companion that reads only what you allow and nudges from what you've actually done, never what you missed.

  • On-device first — everything stays local unless you open a space
  • AI companion per module: habits coach, journal reflection, sleep reads
  • Routines, streaks, moods, gratitude, dreams — four quiet inputs, one mirror
  • Full data ownership: one-file backup, restore, delete-all

measured: 91 dart source files · ~69k hand-written lines · 124 commits

DecisionDeckNeo pipeline console — AdventureWorks schema mapped: 90 tables, 57 views, 117 FK edges

DecisionDeckNeo

natural-language-to-SQL engine private r&d

Ask a database a question in plain English and get trustworthy SQL back. A surveyor maps the source into a Neo-Memory schema graph; SQL is composed deterministically from that graph and only falls back to an LLM when it must — validators run always, LLM last.

  • Pipeline: survey → profile → persist → verify (FK evidence)
  • Result-level benchmark scoring rejects executable-but-wrong SQL
  • Governed metrics & confirmed mappings so answers stay stable
  • Fast path: certified queries bypass the LLM entirely

live ingest (screenshot): 7 domains · 90 tables · 57 views · 117 FK edges · 79% answer accuracy

VeriSetu — Insurance AI

compliance evidence platform private r&d

A client workspace for P&C insurance renewal review. Upload a template packet and it returns a readiness verdict backed by source-cited evidence — separating accepted facts, items that need review, and advisory wording that can't satisfy a binding requirement.

  • Every fact traces to its source document, field and confidence
  • "Noesis" assistant answers packet questions with generated widgets
  • Decision atoms with verdict, evidence map and audit package
  • SaaS or self-hosted, with connectors for CRM / claims / policy admin

measured: 496 source & test files · ~184k lines · 140 test files · 11 benchmark suites

WALL·E — Robo Rover Pet

A desktop robot pet built with PySide6, thinking with a local LLM via Ollama — no cloud required. The ongoing "soul design" work gives it sleep and dream cycles, curiosity loops and a small virtual world (garden scenes, EVA fly-bys) to live in.

ClarityAgent

Multi-agent RAG ingestion pipeline built on CrewAI flows: hierarchical parent/child chunking plus a governed tag vocabulary — candidate tags are checked against a vector store and an LLM decides whether to reuse, merge or create, so the index never drifts. Local Ollama embeddings, ChromaDB, and a full audit trail per ingestion.

Simulated Brain

Evolutionary neural experiments — GPU-trained "larva" brains with DNA snapshots, physical-world simulation logs, and generations of digital creatures learning to move.

RealSimulator and Ember are heading for public release. The rest is private R&D — demos available on request. Public code lives at github.com/srivishnu888

03. Engineering Toolbox

// tools built to remove real friction from daily work

🎛️internal tool

IROBO

A desktop UI-automation workbench in Java Swing: record global mouse & keyboard actions via JNativeHook, replay them with SikuliX image matching or Selenium for web, with OCR support, a script editor and a step debugger. Ran in a live environment for a pharma client, automating ~7 hours of manual effort per day.

Email Portal Service

An Outlook add-in (Office.js + React) that files the open email into OpenText Documentum: single-sign-on token exchange for Microsoft Graph, a case-metadata form (category, classification, exhibit), and progress-tracked upload through the Documentum REST API.

Desktop Utility Belt

Small Swing tools that earn their keep: a clipboard manager with history and global hotkeys, an auto-screenshot tool that captures a region on a hotkey and appends it straight into a Word document (Apache POI) for test evidence, and a lightweight notes app.

Breaking Ego's Grip

A Path to Inner Peace

Born from an honest quest to understand suffering, this book invites a powerful shift in perspective: don't fight your ego — gently loosen its hold. Through reflective stories, transformative analogies and easy-to-follow practices, it guides you from fear, control and self-doubt toward presence, peace and purpose.

Written for anyone stuck in cycles of self-judgment or people-pleasing who wants a relatable, down-to-earth entry into inner work — no abstract guru-speak required.
